Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

Failed renders are not charged. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits cannot be refunded. Subscriptions can be canceled any time from Settings -> Billing, and a subscription charge can be refunded within 7 days only if none of that period's credits were used.

2. Credit Packs

Rap Duo AI sells one-time credit packs. Each video costs credits based on the model, resolution, duration, and options selected before rendering. A standard 15-second video is currently 30 credits. Pack credits never expire unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Single — 100 credits, $9.90.
• Duo — 1,100 credits, $99.
• Creator — 2,400 credits, $199.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Monthly

• Basic — $19.90/month, 240 credits per month.
• Pro — $49.90/month, 750 credits per month.
• Studio — $99.90/month, 1,900 credits per month.

Monthly credits are valid for the paid monthly billing period only and do not roll over.

Yearly

• Basic — $199/year, 2,880 credits granted upfront.
• Pro — $499/year, 9,000 credits granted upfront.
• Studio — $999/year, 22,800 credits granted upfront.

Yearly credits are valid until the end of the paid yearly billing period and do not roll over.

4. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings -> Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan remains active, with its credits, until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Failed Renders

If a render fails because of an error, timeout, provider failure, or safety-filter refusal, credits used for that render are returned to your balance automatically when the failure is confirmed. A render that completes successfully but that you do not like is not considered a failed render.

6. Refunds on Purchased Packs

• A pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partially used pack may be refunded within the same 7 days for the unused credits, valued at that pack's per-credit price.
• After 7 days, or for credits already used to render or unlock a video, purchases are final.

7. Refunds on Subscriptions

• First subscription payment: may be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge if no subscription credits from that period have been used.
• Renewals: may be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge only if none of that period's credits have been used.
• Otherwise, subscription charges are final, and partial periods are not refunded pro rata. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

8. Billing Errors and Duplicates

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact support within 30 days with the order number and details. We will review and correct confirmed billing errors.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved by support. Fraudulent chargebacks, including disputes for credits already used, may lead to account suspension.

10. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your account or email support@rapduo.org with the order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
