Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Rap Duo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

Rap Duo AI lets users upload two authorized photos, select a scene and output settings, and generate a short AI video. Rendering is performed by third-party AI providers, and files may be stored with cloud storage providers.

Automated safety checks may review prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. Flagged inputs may be refused before rendering. If a render fails or is withheld by safety checks, credits may be returned as described in the Refund Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features, scenes, models, providers, and settings at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• You must be at least 13 years old or the higher minimum age required where you live.
• Do not operate multiple accounts to abuse credits, promotions, trials, rate limits, or free offers.

4. Photos and Likeness

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• the photo shows you or a person who gave you permission to use their likeness in this way;
• you will not upload photos of minors without parent or guardian consent;
• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
• you will not use generated videos for sexual, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or illegal purposes;
• you will not present AI-generated videos as real footage of a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do.

You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you create. We may refuse to render, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

The Service is paid for with credits, purchased in one-time credit packs or received through subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices and offers may change; the price shown at checkout applies.

Before each render, the Service may show the required credit cost based on the model, resolution, duration, and options selected. A standard 15-second video is currently 30 credits.

Credit Packs

• Single — 100 credits, $9.90.
• Duo — 1,100 credits, $99.
• Creator — 2,400 credits, $199.

Credit pack credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Monthly Subscriptions

• Basic — $19.90/month, 240 credits per month.
• Pro — $49.90/month, 750 credits per month.
• Studio — $99.90/month, 1,900 credits per month.

Monthly credits are valid for the paid monthly billing period and do not roll over after the period ends.

Yearly Subscriptions

• Basic — $199/year, 2,880 credits granted upfront.
• Pro — $499/year, 9,000 credits granted upfront.
• Studio — $999/year, 22,800 credits granted upfront.

Yearly credits are valid until the end of the paid yearly billing period and do not roll over after the period ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. You can cancel future renewals from Settings -> Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except as required by law or described in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content or content sexualizing minors;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other rights;
• create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to cause harm;
• impersonate people or mislead viewers about whether content is AI-generated;
• probe, scrape, overload, interfere with, or reverse engineer the Service;
• bypass safety filters, rate limits, payment controls, or abuse-prevention systems.

7. Your Content and Generated Videos

Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store them only as needed to operate the Service, render your videos, enforce safety rules, provide support, and comply with law.

Generated videos are AI-generated. Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, including rights of the people depicted, you may use unlocked generated videos for personal or commercial purposes. AI outputs may not be unique, and you are responsible for verifying that your use does not violate third-party rights.

You can request deletion of your photos and videos by contacting support.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, render speed, specific model availability, or that any scene, provider, or feature will remain available.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it from Settings -> Billing to stop future renewals. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse promotions or credits, create legal or safety risk, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
